Script the difference between two database having same structure but different d

Hi,
I want to find out the Script for the difference between two database having same structure but different data.
The problem is SQL server does the differential data backup only on the database last backed up, but if i want to find out the difference between the data in two databases and update the old database with the values of the latest database, it doesn't allow to do so.
Is there any other way of doing this task.
